Balmain's H&M Hit: is Missed by Many

You may or may not have heard that Balmain designed a special capsule collection in collaboration with mega Euro retailer H&M -which launched November 5th.

Inspired by his own runway couture collection, ​Balmain 's designer Olivier Rousteing 
brought his brilliant stylings mainstream. A Glammed -up Collection of Cool Battle Dressing.

Even though sales figures were not released, this is by far the most successful of H&M's collaborative collections.  ( Past Collaborators: Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartney, Versace)

Sadly for many (myself included ) ...  were left empty handed as the collection caused mayhem around the world and online as it SOLD OUT  in record time. Some industrious individuals who lucked out in getting their hands on some precious pieces even managed to resell their items on ebay at 3 to 4 times the price!

It was reported that police were called in to stop women from vicious "tugs of fashion wars " in a London store.
All I can say is: Maybe H&M should have had the foresight to "bump" up their order :)
